Planning the ride back to the airport

The departure leg is where hotel transfers most often go wrong. We agree the pickup time with you based on your flight and the hotel's location:

• Central Adana — about 35 km, 35–45 minutes depending on traffic.
• Central Mersin — 75–85 km by district, 60–75 minutes; morning traffic on the coast is factored in.
• Tarsus — under half an hour.
• Distant hotels in Cappadocia or Gaziantep — a long drive; we set the time together at booking.

We then add a margin for check-in and security. Late check-out or bags left with reception? Put it in the booking notes.

Choosing a vehicle

Luggage usually decides. A guest staying a week packs very differently from an executive on a day trip.

• Mercedes-Benz E-Class — 3 passengers, 3 suitcases.
• Mercedes-Benz Vito VIP — 6 passengers, 6 suitcases; the favourite for families and small teams.
• Mercedes Vito — 9 passengers, 8 suitcases.
• Mercedes Sprinter VIP / Sprinter — up to 10 or 15 passengers, for delegations at one hotel.
