What they share: guests must arrive on time, and transport needs one point of contact. The airport is about 35 km from central Adana — too far to leave guests to improvise.
How it works
- Share the programme. Send the date, venue, approximate guest count and details of anyone flying in.
- We draft a transport plan. Who is collected, from where and when; vehicles follow from it.
- Fixed prices. Each journey is priced at booking and does not change with traffic, waiting or flight delays.
- Flight tracking. Give us flight numbers and our drivers follow each landing live.
- On the day. Drivers are in position on schedule, and last-minute changes go through one channel.
- Return runs. End-of-night drop-offs follow an order we set together.
Choosing vehicles for your guest list
A wedding car and a guest shuttle are not the same job:
- Mercedes-Benz E-Class — 3 passengers, 3 bags. Ideal for the couple or a VIP guest.
- Mercedes-Benz Vito VIP — 6 passengers, 6 bags; comfortable for family groups.
- Mercedes Vito (9 passengers / 8 bags) and Sprinter VIP (10 passengers / 7 bags) for mid-sized parties.
- Mercedes Sprinter — 15 passengers, 15 bags, built for hotel-to-venue group runs.

Coordination on the day
"What if the schedule slips?" It will. So we work from a flexible run sheet rather than rigid times, and re-sequence vehicles when things run late.
Our drivers know the wedding halls, hotels and countryside venues across Adana and Mersin. At outdoor venues the last few kilometres are often the trickiest — so we agree a meeting point in advance.
Event planners and invoicing
We work with planners per event or under an ongoing arrangement. Personal and company invoices are available. Pay in the vehicle by cash or card, or by bank transfer; standard transfers need no deposit, and prepayment for corporate agreements is discussed separately. Frequently asked questions
How far ahead should I book wedding transport?
For a single transfer we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Weddings involve several vehicles, so contact us once your date is confirmed; early planning secures the vehicle types you want. Last-minute requests are handled when capacity allows.
Can the VIP car be decorated as a wedding car?
Yes. The Mercedes-Benz E-Class or Vito VIP works well as the couple's car. If you plan to decorate it, mention this when booking, as the method must not damage the paintwork or glass. We agree who decorates it and when, then set the ready time to match.
Will I pay extra if the event runs late?
Transfer prices are fixed at booking and don't change because of traffic or waiting. If you want a car and driver at your disposal all evening, that's better arranged as hourly chauffeured hire — raise it early and nothing unexpected appears.
Who meets out-of-town guests at the airport?
Share the flight numbers and our driver tracks each landing live, then meets your guest at Çukurova Airport. With the personalised greeting extra, the driver holds a name sign. If a flight is delayed, waiting time adjusts automatically, and the guest goes straight to the hotel or venue.
