Çukurova Airport Congress & MICE Transfer
On congress morning the hall needs to be full, yet delegates are arriving from three cities on six different flights. One connects via Istanbul, one lands after midnight, and a keynote speaker is running late. Çukurova Airport Congress & MICE Transfer turns those scattered arrivals into a single flow — nobody waits at the terminal, nobody walks into the session late.
Below: how we work with congress, meeting and incentive organisers, from the first call to the last return.
What Çukurova Airport congress transfers cover
In MICE work, a transfer is not one journey. It is a logistics plan that runs for days:
- Airport pickups to hotels, planned around arrival waves.
- Daily shuttles between hotels and the venue.
- Separate sedan transfers for speakers and guests of honour.
- Gala dinner, evening programme and technical visit runs.
- Flight tracking on every trip, with waiting time adjusted to delays.
- Group or individual returns to the airport.
- Extras such as name-sign greetings, refreshment packs and child seats.
Who it is for
Professional congress organisers, association event teams, companies running dealer meetings or product launches, and incentive travel agencies. When some delegates stay in Adana and others in Mersin — common here — we build the link between the two cities into the plan. The Çukurova Airport to Mersin transfer page gives distances and drive times.
How planning works
- You share event dates, expected headcount and partner hotels.
- As delegate lists and flight details come in, we map the arrival waves.
- Vehicle types and numbers are set per wave, and the fixed price is confirmed.
- Daily shuttle times are fitted to the programme.
- During the event, changes run through a single channel.
- Return transfers are grouped by check-out and flight times.
- Afterwards, we issue one corporate invoice or separate invoices as agreed.
Start vehicle planning as early as you can. Twenty-four hours suits a single transfer; a multi-vehicle programme needs fleet capacity reserved well ahead.
Departure day: the part most often overlooked
Organisers plan arrivals carefully and leave departures to the last day. Yet check-outs, the closing session and scattered flight times all land on one morning. Collect return flights at registration; we then send groups in sequence, allowing for the 35–45 minute drive to the airport.
Building the vehicle mix
One vehicle type rarely works for a congress. We usually combine:
- Mercedes-Benz E-Class (3 passengers, 3 bags) for speakers and guests of honour.
- Mercedes-Benz Vito VIP (6/6) for small delegations and boards.
- Mercedes Vito (9/8) and Mercedes Sprinter VIP (10/7) for mid-sized waves.
- Mercedes Sprinter (15/15) for hotel-to-venue shuttles and group returns.
For a vehicle on standby all day, VIP minibus rental attaches a dedicated shuttle to the programme.
On-site coordination: the part nobody sees
The most critical moment is the first morning. Flights land back to back, a speaker's suitcase goes missing, two groups wait in the same hotel lobby. What keeps it moving is one plan and one point of contact. Because we hold the flight numbers, drivers track each landing live; if one flight is delayed, only that wave's vehicle waits.
Our drivers know the arrivals level, hotel entrances in Adana and Mersin and the traffic between the two cities, so we propose shuttle times based on when sessions start. For broader event planning, see Çukurova Airport Event Transfer.
Frequently asked questions
How do you plan when delegates land at different times?
We group landings that fall close together and assign a suitably sized vehicle to each group. Drivers follow each landing live; if one flight is delayed, only that group's vehicle waits. Nobody sits in the terminal for hours waiting for someone else's flight, and the price does not change.
What if the programme changes during the event?
Changes are normal at congresses. A session overruns, the gala moves, a technical visit is cancelled. Send the changes through one channel and we rework the shuttle times. Cancellations and changes follow our terms of service; for large programmes, agree those terms together at the outset.
How is a congress transfer invoiced?
We invoice the organising company, association or business. The whole programme can go on one invoice, or be split by day or delegate. Payment can be made by bank transfer; prepayment terms for large events are agreed separately under a corporate arrangement. One-off standard transfers need no deposit.
Can we arrange technical visits or social trips to nearby provinces?
Yes. Alongside Adana and Mersin, we cover Gaziantep, Hatay, Osmaniye, Kahramanmaraş, Niğde and Nevşehir/Cappadocia. A post-congress day trip or out-of-town incentive tours can sit inside the same plan. Tolls and extra requests are stated upfront, so the budget is clear from the start.
