Çukurova Airport Artist Transfer

The flight landed 40 minutes late, soundcheck is in an hour, and the artist's manager is on the phone asking where the car is. On tour, ground transport is the part of the schedule with the least slack. Our Çukurova Airport Artist Transfer service moves performers, their crews and their gear on time, with discretion built in.

This page is written for managers, promoters and production teams: what's included, how booking works, vehicles, confidentiality and invoicing.

What a Çukurova Airport artist transfer includes

A show day means at least four separate journeys for the artist. More for the crew. We cover the whole flow:

  • Airport pick-up with flight tracking; waiting time adjusts automatically if the flight is late.
  • Hotel–venue runs for soundcheck, rehearsal and the show itself.
  • Artist and crew planned in separate vehicles.
  • Late-night transfers after the show — we operate 24/7 with no night surcharge.
  • Intercity legs to Mersin, Gaziantep, Hatay or Cappadocia.
  • A low-profile greeting instead of a name sign.
  • Hourly chauffeured hire when you need a car and driver all day.

No bus transfers with an instrument case.

Who it's for

Solo artists, bands, theatre companies, DJs, comedians and festival performers playing Adana and Mersin work with us. The booking usually comes from the manager, promoter or production company, so we keep all communication with whoever booked and leave the artist free of logistics.

How it works

  1. Schedule and passenger list. Share flight numbers, hotel, venue address, and soundcheck and show times.
  2. Vehicle plan. We assign separate vehicles for the artist, the crew and any equipment.
  3. Fixed prices. Each run is priced at booking; delays, traffic and waiting don't change it.
  4. Driver details. Driver and vehicle information goes only to your designated contact.
  5. Same-day changes. One message from your contact and we re-sequence the runs.
  6. Departure. The return flight or the move to the next city is part of the same plan.

Vehicles for artists and crew

For the artist, comfort and privacy come first. For the crew, seats and luggage space:

  • Mercedes-Benz E-Class — 3 passengers, 3 bags. A quiet, understated choice for the artist and manager.
  • Mercedes-Benz Vito VIP — 6 passengers, 6 bags; room to rest before the show.
  • Mercedes Vito (9 passengers / 8 bags) and Sprinter VIP (10 passengers / 7 bags) for musicians and technical crew.
  • Mercedes Sprinter — 15 passengers, 15 bags, for large touring parties.

If instruments or stage gear travel separately, mention it when booking so we can allocate the right vehicle. For bigger crews, see our VIP minibus rental options.

Confidentiality and backstage discipline

Managers ask about privacy before they ask about the car. Our rules are clear. Drivers do not share a passenger's identity, route or schedule with third parties. They don't take photos in the vehicle or post on social media. They don't start conversations unless the artist wants to talk.

At the airport, you can choose a plain greeting where the driver simply introduces themselves. At the venue, we agree the entrance with the promoter beforehand; if the front is crowded, the vehicle goes straight to the backstage or service entrance. After the show, the car is waiting when the artist steps off stage.

Production companies and invoicing

We work with promoters and production companies for a single show or a whole tour. Company invoices are standard; personal invoices are also available. Pay in the vehicle by cash or card, or by bank transfer. Standard transfers need no deposit; corporate prepayment is agreed separately. For other journeys that call for discretion, see our executive and protocol transfer page.

Frequently asked questions

Does the artist's name have to be on a sign at the airport?

No. The personalised greeting is an optional extra. If the artist prefers not to be recognised, our driver finds them using details shared in advance and introduces themselves discreetly. The sign can also carry the manager's or company's name. Tell us when you book.

What happens if the soundcheck time changes?

Show-day times shift. When your contact tells us, we rearrange the runs and the driver is ready outside the hotel at the new time. Because each run is priced at booking, waiting and traffic don't change the fare. If the day is open-ended, hourly chauffeured hire may be more practical.

Can you move a touring crew between several cities?

Yes. Beyond Adana and Mersin, we run intercity transfers to Gaziantep, Hatay, Osmaniye, Kahramanmaraş, Niğde and Cappadocia. Send the full routing and we plan vehicles and timings for every leg. Artist and crew can follow the same route in separate vehicles.

Hand the artist's ground transport to us

Share flight details, hotel and venue; we'll draft the vehicle plan the same day. For single runs, use the price calculator; for tours, reach us through the contact page. Our meet and greet transfer page is useful for arrivals too.
