Capacity depends on the vehicle: the Mercedes-Benz E-Class takes 3 passengers and 3 suitcases, the Vito VIP 6 and 6, the Vito 9 and 8, the Sprinter VIP 10 and 7, and the Sprinter 15 passengers with 15 suitcases. These figures are set so that everyone sits comfortably. If your group is close to the limit or you carry oversized cases, we suggest choosing the next class up so nobody travels with a bag on their lap.Copy link

Yes, as long as you state your luggage accurately at booking, we plan the vehicle around it. Bulky items such as a pushchair, golf bag or bicycle take up more room than a standard suitcase, so please list their number and type in advance. If the total volume exceeds the vehicle you picked, we point you to a larger Vito or Sprinter. Items added at the last minute are handled subject to availability; telling us beforehand is always the safest option.Copy link

Yes, when you add the named (VIP) meet and greet extra, your chauffeur waits for you in the Çukurova Airport arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. If you share your flight number, the driver tracks your landing and adjusts the waiting time to the actual arrival, so a delay does not leave you stranded. On a hotel transfer your chauffeur meets you at Çukurova Airport and drives you straight to your hotel entrance, with no changes of vehicle and no other passengers. Simply enter your hotel or address as the destination when booking; you can choose from more than 200 transfer points across Adana and Mersin. Çukurova Airport is about 35 km from central Adana, and the drive takes 35–45 minutes depending on traffic. The airport sits in the Tarsus district of Mersin, between the two cities; since Şakirpaşa closed to scheduled flights, flights serving Adana now land here. Central Mersin is 75–85 km from Çukurova Airport, and the journey usually takes 60–75 minutes. Tarsus is under half an hour away. We also serve points further west such as Mezitli, Erdemli, Silifke and Taşucu, where the travel time grows with the distance. From Çukurova Airport we arrange intercity transfers to Gaziantep, Hatay, Osmaniye, Kahramanmaraş, Niğde and Nevşehir (Cappadocia), in addition to the districts of Adana and Mersin. For long journeys we recommend choosing the vehicle class by passenger and luggage count; the price is set at booking and does not change on the way. Yes, for groups we use the 10-seat Sprinter VIP and the 15-seat Sprinter, and a single booking can cover up to 16 passengers. For larger teams, conference delegates or wedding guests, we plan the transfer with several vehicles and coordinate them to be ready at the same time. The chauffeured rental price includes the driver, fuel and vehicle maintenance, so you pay nothing extra for these. Motorway and bridge tolls, along with any additional requests for your programme, are discussed before booking and built into the final price. Three extras can be added during booking: a baby or child seat, the named (VIP) meet and greet, and a drinks package. Every vehicle in our fleet is a Mercedes-Benz; the Vito VIP and Sprinter VIP versions have fewer seats than their standard counterparts, which gives passengers a more spacious cabin. Yes, baby seats and child seats can be added as extras when you book a Çukurova Airport transfer. Telling us your child's age and how many seats you need ensures the right type is ready in your vehicle. If you are travelling with several children, remember that the seats take up room, so choosing the next vehicle class up makes the ride more comfortable. If you let us know in advance, we plan a suitable vehicle and help with boarding for elderly passengers or those with reduced mobility. Please state any equipment, such as a folding wheelchair or walker, and how much assistance the passenger needs when you book. Vehicle choice and special requests are handled subject to availability.
